المستخلص: سعى الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن منذ وصوله إلى سدة الحكم في الولايات المتحدة إلى الانسحاب من أفغانستان التي كانت من وجهة نظره أرضًا للحروب الأبدية، حيث بدأت الولايات المتحدة وحلفاؤها في حلف شمال الأطلسي (ناتو) سحب قواتها من أفغانستان اعتبارا من أول مايو 2021، مبررة ذلك بعدم جدوى الاستمرار في صراع دام لعقود طويلة لم ينتج عنه سوى خسائر بشرية واقتصادية كبيرة، حيث وصلت تكلفة الصراع إلى مقتل أكثر من 2300 جندي أمريكي، وإصابة أكثر من ٢٠ ألف آخرين، ناهيك عن التكلفة المالية التي تحملها دافعو الضرائب الأمريكيون، والتي تقترب من تريليون دولار، الأمر الذي على إثره تصاعد نفوذ حركة طالبان، وعودتها مرة أخرى من خلال سيطرتها على كافة الأراضي الأفغانية بما في ذلك العاصمة كابول، التي تم السيطرة عليها في الخامس عشر من أغسطس 2021، الأمر الذي أنذر بوجود تداعيات ومخاطر عديدة سوف تترتب على هذا الانسحاب والذي من شأنه أن يحول أفغانستان لساحة للصراع الدولي والإقليمي، ليس فقط داخل أفغانستان، وإنما أيضا على المستويين الدولي والإقليمي، خاصة في ضوء سعي القوى الدولية والإقليمية في ظل الانسحاب الأمريكي لملء الفراغ الأمريكي وتحقيق مكاسب تعزز من نفوذها في أفغانستان والمنطقة وتفادي مخاطر الإرهاب، حيث أصبح الانسحاب الأمريكي واقعا يشكل تهديدا لقوى منافسة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية خاصة روسيا والصين، فتصاعد الجماعات الإسلامية في هذه المنطقة التي تتشارك الحدود مع جمهوريات الاتحاد السوفيتي سابقا، والصين من جانب آخر يشكل خطرا على الأمن القومي لكل منهما، ومع بدء الانسحاب الأمريكي من أفغانستان، سعت هذه القوى الدولية في تعزيز نفوذها في المنطقة والتمكن من ملء الفراغ الأمريكي فضلاً عما واجهته هذه الدول من تداعيات هذا الانسحاب.

Since assuming office as President of the United States, President Joe Biden has sought to withdraw from Afghanistan, which from his point of view was a land of eternal wars, as the United States and its allies in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) began withdrawing its forces from Afghanistan as of the first of May 2021, justifying this. It is futile to continue a decades-long conflict that has only resulted in huge human and economic losses, as the cost of the conflict has reached the death of more than 2,300 American soldiers and the injury of more than 20,000 others, not to mention the financial cost borne by American taxpayers, which is approaching a trillion dollars, as a result of which the influence of the Taliban movement increased, and it returned again through its control over all Afghan lands, including the capital, Kabul, which was controlled on August 15, 2021. Which warned of the existence of many repercussions and risks that would result from this withdrawal, which would turn Afghanistan into an arena for international and regional conflict, not only within Afghanistan, but also at the international and regional levels, especially in light of the efforts of international and regional powers in light of the American withdrawal to fill the American vacuum and achieve Gains that enhance its influence in Afghanistan and the region and avoid the dangers of terrorism, as the American withdrawal has become a reality that poses a threat to forces competing with the United States of America, especially Russia and China. The rise of Islamic groups in this region, which shares borders with the republics of the former Soviet Union, and China on the other hand, poses a threat to the national security of both of them, and with the beginning of the American withdrawal from Afghanistan. These international powers sought to strengthen their influence in the region and be able to fill the American vacuum, in addition to the repercussions that these countries faced from this withdrawal.
