المستخلص: أثار موضوع الوجود الهلالي بمنطقة المغرب الإسلامي الكثير من الجدل التاريخي بين الباحثين والمؤرخين ولا يزال إلى اليوم لكن الأمر المثير للجدل في حد ذاته هو اهتمامات المستشرقين الفرنسيين بهذا الموضوع وإسهابهم بشكل كبير في محاولة الترجمة والنقل والتحدث عن الموضوع، وكادت تتفق جل كتاباتهم على أمر واحد وهو أن الهلاليين أثروا بشكل سلبي على بلاد المغرب الإسلامي مطلقين على حركتهم أو انتقالهم أبشع الصور وركزوا على الآثار السلبية منها، غير أن البعض الآخر من المستشرقين حاول التصدي لنظرية التخريب في محاولة إنصاف تلك القبائل وتركيزهم في دراستهم على بعض الآثار الإيجابية ولربما وضعت كتب من أجل دراسة شخصيات هلالية هامة لم توجد إلا عند هؤلاء المستشرقين وبهذا يعتبرون من رواد نظرية التعمير، وهو ما سيقودنا إلى جدلية تاريخية بين المستشرقين الفرنسيين تدور رحاها حول التخريب أو التعمير الهلالي ببلاد المغرب الإسلامي، وهذا ما سنتطرق إليه من خلال هذه الدراسة.

The subject of Hilalis presence in the Islamic Maghreb region has made many historical controversies between searchers and historians and it still remains to this day , But what is very controversial in itself is attentions of French orientalists in this subject and their great contribution in trying to translate, transfer and talk about it ; and almost all their writings are agreed on one single thing that is the Hilalis affects in a negative way on the region of the Islamic Maghreb where they spoke poorly on their movements and transmissions (the disaster, thieves, bandits..) That is, they subverted in the same context dependent on the writings of historians, geographers and even the houses of jurisprudence in They found their stray to unleash their pens, whether the translation was correct or wrong to render judgment and address the theory of sabotage hilalis and focus on negative effects. But other orientalists have tried to responce the theory of subversion in trying to do justice to those tribes and focus on some positive effects in their study, and they may have compile books for the studies of important figures that existed only in those orientalists and are thus considered pioneers of the theory of reconstruction. This is what will lead us to a Historical polemics among French orientalists about the sabotage or reconstruction hilalis of the Islamic Maghreb region , and this is what we will address through this study.
