|a هدف البحث إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتفعيل الإدارة الرشيقة في تقليص الهدر المدرسي في مدارس تعليم المدينة المنورة، حيث قام البحث الحالي على نتائج بحوث سابقة للباحثة في هذا المجال تناولت أنماط الهدر المدرسي، وكيفية تقليصها من خلال تطبيق أدوات الإدارة الرشيقة حيث رصدت خلال تلك البحوث نتائج كمية ونوعية أمكن من خلالها تقديم النموذج المقترح. واتبعت الباحثة في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث توصلت للنتيجة الأهم وهي تقديم نموذج مقترح يمكن الاستفادة به في مدارس التعليم العام السعودية في تطبيق الإدارة الرشيقة لتقليل الهدر المدرسي بتلك المدارس.
|b The research aimed to build a proposed vision for activating lean management in reducing school waste in schools in Medina. The current research was based on the results of previous research by the researcher in this field that dealt with patterns of school waste, and how to reduce them through the application of lean management tools. During that research, results were observed. Quantity and quality through which the proposed model was presented. In this research, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, reaching the most important result, which is presenting a proposed model that can be used in Saudi public education schools in applying lean management to reduce school waste in those schools.
