المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة خبرة السويد في ريادة الأعمال بالتعليم الثانوي الفني، واستعراض أهم جوانب ريادة الأعمال، وذلك بهدف الاستفادة منها في التوصل إلى آليات مقترحة يمكن اتباعها بالتعليم الثانوي الفني المصري على ضوء إمكاناتها، بما يضمن تطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني وربطه بسوق العمل، والذي بدوره يساعد على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمجتمع المصري، واستخدم البحث المنهج المقارن من خلال استخدام أسلوب دراسة الحالة، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى أن التعليم الفني المصري يعاني من مشكلات كثيرة منها: ضعف مستوى مخرجاته، وضعف ارتباطه بسوق العمل، كما أن المناهج الدراسية بالتعليم الفني تتسم بالتقليدية ولا تدعم إكساب الطلاب لمهارات ريادة الأعمال التي يحتاجها سوق العمل، وأن التعليم الثانوي الفني يعاني من المركزية في الإدارة، كما توصل البحث إلى عدد من الآليات على ضوء الخبرة السويدية التي تساعد في حل تلك المشكلات منها: العمل على إدراج برامج خاصة بريادة الأعمال داخل مؤسسات التعليم الفني، تمكن الطلاب من اكتساب المهارات والقدرات اللازمة لإدارة مشرع وإنشاءه، وأن يتم وضع منهج متكامل لريادة الأعمال يهدف إلى إكساب الطلاب المهارات اللازمة ليتمكن الطلاب من إنشاء مشاريعهم الخاصة وإدارتها وفقا للإمكانات المتاحة، بالإضافة إلى دمج تعليم ريادة الأعمال بجميع مستويات التعليم عامة والتعليم الثانوي الفني خاصة، وذلك بهدف ربطه بسوق العمل والوفاء باحتياجاته من خلال تخريج طلاب قادرين على إنشاء مشاريع صغيرة تساعد على التنمية المستدامة، والعمل على تطوير مهارات المعلمين بحيث يمكنهم من إكساب المتعلمين مهارات ريادة الأعمال، وتمكينهم من استخدام طرائق التدريس الملائمة مع المناهج الخاصة بريادة الأعمال بما يسهم في تطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني.

The current research aims at studying Sweden's experience in entrepreneurship within the context of technical secondary education and reviewing key aspects of entrepreneurship. The aim is to benefit from this experience in proposing mechanisms applicable to Egyptian technical secondary education, considering its capabilities, ensuring its development and connection to the labor market, and contributing to sustainable development in Egyptian society. Employing a comparative method and adopting a case study approach, the research found that Egyptian technical education faces various challenges, including weak outcomes, limited integration within the labor market, and traditional curricula that do not support students' acquisition of the required entrepreneurial skills. The research also found that technical secondary education faces is-sues of centralization in administration. To address these challenges, the research pro-poses a set of mechanisms in Light of the Swedish Experience that can contribute to solving these problems. Firstly, it advocates for the incorporation of specialized entrepreneurship programs within technical education institutions. Such programs would empower students to acquire the skills and abilities essential for effective project management and creation. Additionally, the research recommends the development of an integrated entrepreneurship and non-traditional curriculum to equip students with the necessary skills to initiate and manage their independent projects considering available resources. Moreover, the research emphasizes the imperative of integrating entrepreneurship education across all educational levels, within a particular focus on technical secondary education. This integration is intended to establish a connection with the labor market and meeting its needs. This can be done by graduating students capable of initiating small projects that contribute to sustainable development. It also emphasizes the need to enhance teacher's skills to impart entrepreneurship skills to learners, enabling them to use appropriate teaching methods suitable for entrepreneurship curricula, ultimately contributing to the development of technical secondary education.
