|a يهدف البحث إلى بيان حقيقة التخريج عند الأصوليين وأقسامه، وطرقه وبيان مثارات الغلط فيه، وأثرها في المصنفات الأصولية، فإن لهذه المثارات ارتباط كبير بكثير من التخريجات في المصنفات الأصولية، فهي ميدان خصب للردود والمناقشات بين الأصوليين. وانتهيت إلى بيان أهمية ارتباط علم التخريج بأصول الفقه، وأهمية معرفة مآخذ الأصوليين على التخريجات المدونة في المصنفات الأصولية. كما انتهيت إلى إظهار جهود الأصوليين المبذولة في التخريجات المدونة في المصنفات الأصولية تأصيلا وتطبيقا أو استدراكا، فإن اتباع المذاهب الفقهية الأربعة بذلوا جهودا كبيرة في التتبع والاستقراء لفروع أئمتهم؛ لمعرفة أصول الاستدلال عندهم. كما انتهيت إلى تقسيم مثارات الغلط في التخريج عند الأصولين ثلاثة أقسام، بناء على «الأصل أو الفرع المخرج أو المخرج عليه، أو طريقة التخريج، أو حجية قسم من أقسام التخريج» كما انتهيت إلى أهمية موضوع «مثارات الغلط في التخريج عند الأصوليين»؛ لما له من أثر كبير في تكوين الملكة الأصولية والفقهية لهم.
|b The purpose of this study is clarify the reality of graduation according to the fundamentalists its sections, and methods, and to explain the sources of error in it, and their impact on fundamentalist works. These matters have a great connection with many of the explanations in fundamentalist works, and they are a fertile field for responses and discussions among fundamentalists. I concluded by explaining the importance of linking the science of graduation with the principles of jurisprudence, and the importance of knowing the fundamentalists’ objections to the graduations recorded in the fundamentalist works. I also demonstrated the fundamentalists' efforts in the findings reported in the fundamentalist writings, whether anchored, applied, or elaborated. Also ended up dividing the causes of error in graduation according to the jurists into three categories, based on “the original or the branch that was extracted or based on, the method of graduation, or the validity of one of the sections of the graduation. Additionally, I advise scholars to focus on the reasons why fundamentalists make mistakes in their interpretations due to the significant influence it had on the development of their jurisprudential and fundamentalist skills.
