|a من منطلق أنّ التعليم والتربية هما الوسيلة الأمثل لتقدّم وتطوّر الأمم قاطبة، عملت الجزائر على تأسيسها وتنظيمها استكمالا لمسيرة إصلاحية كان قد بدأها علماء جزائريون حرصوا عليها أيما حرص، ومنهم المفكر والمصلح الإمام محمد البشير الإبراهيمي، فقد كان مرجعا في العناية بالقضايا الاجتماعية والدينية والتربوية والنفسية، وقاد نهضة من التغيير والتحسين من خلال تفكيره الأمثل في الإخلاص للمصلحة العامة والتفاني في النّصح وذلك ما نلمسه في مقالاته؛ في هذا السياق، تعالج ورقتنا البحثية موضوع الجهود الإصلاحية في التعليم والتربية لفكر الشّيخ الإبراهيمي ومدى ملاءمتها للمفاهيم والتوجهات التعليمية الحديثة، وهذا من خلال المنهج التحليلي في قراءة أسس التفكير التربوي والتعليمي عند الشيخ، وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى أنّ صوت الشيخ الإبراهيمي التربوي والتعليمي كان جامعا بين إصلاح الفرد ونمذجة تفكيره، وحثه على العلم والتعلم باعتماد طرق غير تقليدية؛ بمنهج يجمع بين الدين واللغة والثقافة، طامحا إلى تخريج جيل جديد من أبناء الجزائر يكوّن أجيالا لاحقة؛ وكانت عنايته متوافقة مع ما دعت له مفاهيم التعليمية في منظورها للمثلث التعليمي؛ المعلم، المتعلم، ووسائل التعلم ومنهاجه. ولقد تبيّن أنه تمكّن من بلورة فكر تربوي ناجح من خلال مشروع ناضج ودليله ما أنجز في أيام الثورة التحريرية.
|b Based on the principle that education and pedagogy are the best means of progress and development of all nations, Algeria worked on its establishment and its organization which is part of the continuity of the reform process that had been initiated by Algerian academics. Among them is the thinker and reformer Professor Muhammad al-Bashir al-Ibrahimi. He was a reference in the management of social issues, religious and educational. He has led a renaissance of change and betterment through his optimal thinking in dedication to public interest, and counsel is what we see in his articles. In this context, our research dissertation addresses the issue of Al' imam Ibrahimi's thought reform efforts and their adequacy with modern pedagogical concepts and trends. This goes through the analytical approach in reading the foundations of the teacher's pedagogical thought. We concluded that the educational and educational voice of the expert teacher Ibrahimi was a combination of reforming the individual and modeling his thinking and urged him to learn by adopting unconventional methods. With a curriculum that combines religion language and culture, aspiring to graduate a new generation of Algerians who will serves as future generations. His attention was consistent with what educational concepts called in the perspective of the teacher educational triangle; the learner the means and the method. It has become clear that he was able to formulate a successful educational thought through a mature project. The evidence is what was accomplished during the days of the Algerian liberation revolution.
