|a كان لمؤتمر الصومام دور إيجابي كبير بما خلفه من تحولات كبرى على الثورة الجزائرية خاصة من الناحية التنظيمية، وبعد إعلان الطلبة الجزائريين عن 19 ماي 1956م، وهو ما أتاح الفرصة للثورة أن تتدعم بعناصر مثقفة، وبعدما بدأ قادة الثورة في استقطاب شريحة الطلبة. مما سمح بتكوين دفعات أعوان في سلاح الإشارة، وكانت هذه الأخيرة تحت قيادة عبد الحفيظ بوصوف وهواري بومدين وقد جاء إنشاء مصلحة الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية في سياق سعي الثورة إلى وضع استراتيجية شاملة وكاملة تهدف إلى تطوير أساليب الكفاح بخلق جيش قوي يتماشى مع متطلبات الحرب الحديثة.
|b The Soummam Conference had a great positive role, with the major transformations it left behind on the Algerian revolution, especially in organizational terms, and after the Algerian students announced a boycott of studies on May 19, 1956 AD, which allowed the revolution to be supported by educated elements, and after the leaders of the revolution began to attract a segment of students. This allowed the formation of batches of agents in the Signal Corps, and the latter was under the leadership of Abdelhafid Boussouf and Houari Boumediene. The establishment of the Telecommunications Department came in the context of the revolution’s quest to develop a comprehensive and complete strategy aimed at developing methods of struggle by creating a strong army in line with the requirements of modern warfare.
