|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى توظيف مديري المدارس للتطبيقات الرقمية في مجالي التخطيط والمحتوى الإلكتروني من وجهة نظرهم في سلطنة عمان، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (12) فقرة؛ موزعة على مجالين التخطيط، ومجال المحتوى الإلكتروني. وطبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغت (150) مدير ومديرة من مديري المدارس من العام الدراسي 2020/2021، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن توظيف مديري المدارس في سلطنة عمان للتطبيقات الرقمية (ككل) ومجالاتها من وجهة نظرهم (مرتفع). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتوظيف مديري المدارس في سلطنة عمان للتطبيقات الرقمية (ككل) ومجالاتها من وجهة نظرهم، تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة.
|b This study aimed to explore the level of school principals' employment of digital applications in the areas of planning and electronic content from their point of view in the Sultanate of Oman. The researchers used the descriptive approach to carry out the study. A questionnaire was designed by the researchers which consisted of 12 statements divided into two major sections namely planning and electronic content. It was applied to a random sample of (150) school principals in the academic year 2020/2021. The results of the study showed that the level of employment of digital applications (as a whole) and its fields was high from school principals’ perspectives. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the employment of school principals of digital applications (as a whole) and its fields that can be attributed to the study variables.
