|a مثلت أفكار وآراء محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي الإصلاحية في السياسة والحكم وإصلاح المجتمع عموما، ركائر اعتمد عليها حكام غرب إفريقيا ومحكوميها على حد سواء وذلك منذ اتصالاته الأولى بهم متصدرا للدعوة والإصلاح والجهاد في بلدانهم، فاتخذ حكامها من تلك الأفكار والآراء دستورا تسير به أنظمة حكمهم، كما جعلت مجتمعاتها وهو منه قدوة في سلوكاتها اليومية وفي الدعوة والإرشاد والإصلاح والجهاد فيما بعد، ما سيتواصل مع أجيال أخرى بعده بقرون، وبالتالي يكون المغيلي قد صنع لنفسه مكانة خاصة في أذهان الأفارقة في تلك الأقطار حكاما ومحكومين، وترك أثرا ما زال باقيا إلى اليوم.
|b Thoughts and opinions of Mohammed Ibn Abd al-Karim al-Maghili in politics, governance and reforming society in general, represented the pillars on which West African rulers and ruled alike depended, since his first contacts with them for the reform and « Jihad » in their countries, so, these rulers adopted these thoughts and opinions as a constitution in their governance systems, also, west african societies made him a role model for them in their daily behavior, guidance, reform and Jihad later, and it will continue with others generations after him centuries latter . Thus al-Maghili has made a special place for himself in the minds of africans in those countries; rulers and ruled, and he left a impact that still remains today.
