|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى كفاءة نماذج كيدا وشيرود وسبرينقايت للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي، وذلك لاتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة للحد من المشاكل المالية التي قد تواجه المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك بناءا على القوائم المالية المتعلقة بمجمع صيدال، لحساب النسب المالية المستخدمة في النماذج، وتم إجراء التحليل للفترة ما بين (2017-2020). خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أنموذج كيدا أظهر بأن مجمع صيدال عرضة لخطر الفشل المالي، لأن قيم 2 المحققة سالبة لفترة الدراسة، وأنموذج شيرود أبان صعوبة التنبؤ بالفشل المالي للمجمع، لأن قيم 2 التي تم الحصول عليها في المنطقة الحرجة يصعب الحكم فيها، بين بين 20≥Z ≥5، وظهرت قيم z لنموذج سبرينقايت خلال فترة الدراسة أصغر من 0.862، هذا يعني أن المجمع عرضة الفشل المالي.
|b This study aimed at the efficiency of the Kida, Sherrod and Springate models to predict financial failure, in order to take the necessary steps to reduce the financial problems that may face economic institutions, based on the financial statements related to the Saidal Group, to calculate the financial ratios used in the models, and the analysis was carried out for the period between (2017-2020). The study concluded that the Kida model showed that the Saidal Group is at risk of financial failure, because the achieved Z values are negative for the study period, and the Sherrod model showed the difficulty of predicting the financial failure of the Group, because the Z values obtained in the critical area are difficult to judge, between20≥Z ≥5, and the Z values of the Springate model during the study period appeared less than 0.862, this means that the Group is prone to financial failure.
