|a شهدت جمهورية مصر العربية ارتفاع كبير في الأسعار ونسب التضخم وما تبعه من انفتاح اقتصادي و توسع الاستثمارات التي تمحورت في المشاريع الإنشائية مما دفع بشركات المقاولات إلي كسب المزيد من المشاريع، وهذا يتطلب من الشركات إدراك كافي لمنهجية إدارة المشروعات الإنشائية بمختلف أنماطها المدنية منها والمعمارية والخاصة بالتصميم الداخلي، يتم تنفيذ الآلاف من مشاريع البناء كل يوم في جميع أنحاء العالم حيث تتطلب مراحل تنفيذ المشروع قرارات جيدة ومدروسة من أجل إنهاء المشروع بنجاح وتعرف النتائج السلبية للقرارات المتخذة أو الأنشطة التي يكون لها احتمالات مختلفة لحدوثها وتأثيرها على مراحل من المشروع على أنها مخاطر والغرض من إدارة المخاطر هو التنبؤ بالمخاطر وعواقبها وتقليلها وتجنبها أو نقل المخاطر إلى مراحل أخرى من المشروع من أجل تحقيق أفضل النتائج النهائية في كل مجال من مجالات المشروع. (GORAL, 2007).
|b The Arab Republic of Egypt witnessed a significant rise in prices and inflation rates, and the subsequent economic openness and expansion of investments that centered on construction projects, which prompted contracting companies to win more projects, and this requires companies to have sufficient awareness of the methodology for managing construction projects in their various types, including civil, architectural and design. Internally, thousands of construction projects are implemented every day all over the world, where the stages of project implementation require good and well-thought-out decisions in order to successfully complete the project, and the negative consequences of decisions taken or activities that have different possibilities of occurrence and impact on stages of the project are known as risks and The purpose of risk management is to anticipate risks and their consequences and to reduce and avoid or transfer risks to other phases of the project in order to achieve the best end results in each area of the project.
