المستخلص: بينت الدراسة حكم الإنصات لتلاوة القرآن الكريم، وأنه يعتريه الأحكام التكليفية الخمسة، بحسب حال السامع وقت السماع، إذ المستمعون لا يستون في الحكم، فمنهم من يكون الإنصات في حقه واجبا كالمعني بالسماع ولو في غير الصلاة، ومنهم من يكون الاستماع في حقه سنة مؤكدة كالمنفرد بالسماع وليس عنده من ما يشغله، على الخلاف في ذلك بين الأحناف وبقية المذاهب على خلاف بين الكراهة والتحريم، وكل هؤلاء تقع منهم مخالفات وقت استماعهم لتلاوة القرآن، ولأجل بيانها والتنبيه عليها سيق هذه الدراسة، حيث تناولت الحديث عن سبع صور لهذه المخالفات؛ للتحذير من الوقوع فيها، باعتبار أن سماع التلاوة القرآنية عبادة كغيرها من العبادات لها أحكام وآداب يجب على السامع أن يراعيها عند استماعه، ليحصل له المقصود من السماع بصلاح القلب وثبوت الأجر.

This research explained the verdict of listening to the recitation of Holy Quran, and that the five rulings types are applied accordingly to the state of of listener while the Quran is recited, as the listeners of the Quran are not equal when it comes to the verdict, as some of them listening would be an obligation upon him, if the recitation is meant for them even if they are not in the state of prayer, and some of them, the verdict is a confirmed Sunnah for example: someone who's alone in listening to this recitation, and nothing is occupying him, even though the schools of thought differ regarding this matter between the Hanafi School of thought and the rest of the schools, and for some listening to the recitation would be disliked for them or even prohibited if this individual is in a state that would incompatible with holiness of the Quran, even though in it's origin it's permissible, and all whom I've mentioned above fall in to violations while they're listening to the recitation of the Quran, and in order to demonstrate that and to point out these mistakes this research was carried out. This research dealt with seven form of violations that occur, to warn against them, as listening to the recitation of the Quran is a form of worship which has matters pertaining it and mannerisms and etiquettes which are a must upon the listener to achieve what's aimed for; such as rectifying the hearts and receiving the reward.
