|a تبحث هذه الدراسة في معرفة أهمية التكنولوجيا الرقمية وتأثيرها على جودة خدمات التعليم العالي باعتبارها أسلوب حديث معتمد في زمن السرعة والتكنولوجيا وإنترنت الأشياء لاعتمادها في شتى المجالات وكونها فرصة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة لسنة 2030، وذلك باستعراض تجارب عالمية للاستفادة منها عموما والتجربة الجزائرية خاصة بعد أزمة كوفيد- 19 بشكل خاص. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في جمع المادة العلمية الخاصة بالدراسة وتحليلها تم الخروج بمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: يجب على الحكومات تبني سياسات تهدف إلى تعزيز المساواة والتنمية المستدامة في التعليم العالي من خلال تعزيز الوصول إلى التكنولوجيا الرقمية وتطوير هياكل تقييمها.
|b The rapid advancement of digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of society, including higher education, technology and the Internet of Things and its adoption in various fields and as an opportunity to achieve the goals of sustainable development of 2030, by reviewing global experiences to benefit from them as well as presenting the Algerian experience, especially after the Covid-19 crisis. the study relied on the descriptive approach in collecting and analyzing the scientific material for the study, a set of results were reached, the most important of which are - Adopting digital technologies, building appropriate infrastructure for them and addressing the challenges associated with the provision of educational resources, Enabling access to digital educational resources through free access to them or by universal use of the Internet free of charge in Algerian universities.
