|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الضبط الاجتماعي والجريمة الإلكترونية (المستحدثة). والعوامل التي تدفع الفرد لارتكاب هذه الجرائم، والعوامل التي تحد منها. واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: من الصعب وضع وتحديد مفهوم شاملا ودقيقا للجريمة المستحدثة، نظرا لتجددها وتغيرها باستمرار، لا يوجد عامل واحد يدفع لارتكاب الجريمة، بل هناك العديد من العوامل الذاتية والنفسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والأخلاقية وغيرها من العوامل التي تؤدي لارتكاب الجريمة، لكل جريمة دافعها الإجرامي، للجريمة الإلكترونية أثار مدمرة على الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع بجميع مؤسساته.

It relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: It is difficult to develop and define a comprehensive and accurate concept of the new crime, due to its constant renewal and change. There is no single factor that drives the commission of the crime, but there are many personal, psychological, economic, social, political, moral and other factors that lead to the commission of the crime, and each crime has its criminal motive. Electronic crime has devastating effects on the individual, family and society with all its institutions.
