|b This contribution delves into the critical task of interpreting religious texts, particularly the Hadith, emphasizing the paramount importance of context in understanding their true meaning. The purpose is to underscore how overlooking context can lead to distorted interpretations and undermine the sacredness of these texts within the Muslim community. Methodologically, the study highlights the norms established by theoreticians and exegetes to guide accurate readings of the Hadith, emphasizing the necessity of contextual analysis. Linguistic and extralinguistic tools are employed to delineate the intended meaning behind each discourse. The main findings emphasize the need for a contextual approach to ensure a faithful interpretation of the Hadith, thereby overcoming archaism and religious obscurantism. Notably, the study reveals that the contemporary context must be considered alongside historical contexts to grasp the true essence of these sacred texts. Overall, the contribution advocates for a nuanced understanding of religious texts that respects their contextual nuances for accurate interpretation.
|d Cette contribution examine l'importance de l'interprétation contextuelle des Hadiths dans l'exégèse religieuse. L'objectif est de souligner l'impact crucial du contexte sur la compréhension précise des enseignements prophétiques, en évitant les interprétations erronées qui pourraient déformer la jurisprudence islamique. La méthodologie consiste à mettre en lumière les normes et les clés de lecture établies par les théoriciens et exégètes, mettant en avant l'hégémonie du contexte dans l'analyse des textes sacrés. Les outils utilisés incluent l'analyse linguistique et extralinguistique pour délimiter le sens et l'intention des Hadiths. Les résultats soulignent la nécessité d'une approche contextuelle pour une lecture renouvelée des textes, permettant de pallier l'archaïsme et l'obscurantisme religieux.
