|a شهدت التنمية السياحية المستدامة معوقات وتحديات تحول دون تحقيق أهدافها، قد تكون هذه العراقيل عامة تعاني منها معظم دول العالم، مثل غياب السياسات التنموية بسبب عدم التخطيط الاستراتيجي أو خاصة تنفرد بها كل دولة كالوطنية، إذ أنه بالنظر إلى الطبيعة الحيوية للسياحة وتنميها المستدامة تحتم على باقي الدول لاسيما العربية مثل تونس، الجزائر التي تبنت مخططات تنموية 2025 و2030، سعياً منها لمواجهة كل الصعوبات والاستفادة من مزايا التنمية السياحية المستدامة، بغية تحسين الدخل الإجمالي الوطني والاستغناء عن الموارد غير متجددة، حماية للحاضر ومستقبل الأجيال القادمة.
|b Sustainable tourism development has witnessed obstacles and challenges that prevent it from achieving its goals. These obstacles may be general that most countries in the world suffer from, such as the absence of development policies due to lack of strategic planning, or specific ones that are unique to each country, such as nationalism. Given the vital nature of tourism and its sustainable development, it is imperative for the rest of the countries, especially the Arab countries, such as Tunisia, Algeria, which adopted development plans for 2025 and 2030, seeking to confront all difficulties and benefit from the advantages of sustainable tourism development, in order to improve the gross national income and dispense with non-renewable resources, to protect the present and the future of future generations.
