Illegal migration has become one of the issues that haunt Algeria's security as an exporter or receiver of illegal migrants, and the issue of African and especially Malian refugees, whether legal or illegal, has affected economic, political and social security. This prompted us to link the issue of illegal migration to the political program in an attempt to find the effectiveness of the latter in combating the phenomenon of illegal migration. |
