المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان موقف العلماء من الآيات التي قيل بنسخها في القرآن الكريم، وجاءت الدراسة في ثلاثة مباحث، الأول: في تعريف النسخ، وشروطه، وحكمته، والفرق بين النسخ وبين البداء والتخصيص. والثاني: أنواع النسخ في القرآن الكريم، والثالث: نسخ الحكم مع بقاء التلاوة. ويشتمل على عشرة مطالب. وقد تبين لي في البحث أهمية النسخ، وأنه يحتل مكانة كبيرة عند الأصوليين والمفسرين؛ وذلك لكونه ركنا عظيما في فهم الإسلام، وفي الاهتداء إلى صحيح الأحكام خصوصا إذا ما وجدت أدلة متعارضة لا يندفع التناقض بينها إلا بمعرفة سابقها من لاحقها، وناسخها من منسوخها. وقد ظهر لي من خلال هذا البحث أن من أسباب تعدد الآيات التي قيل إنها منسوخة، اختلاف اصطلاح المتقدمين والمتأخرين في معنى النسخ، وقد أشار إلى ذلك المؤلفون في الناسخ والمنسوخ، فنجد بعضهم يتوسع في تعدادها، وبعضهم الآخر يقتصر على عدد محدد منها. وقد رأيت بعد عرض موقف العلماء من الآيات التي قيل بنسخها في القرآن الكريم، أن الأصل في الآيات التي ادعي فيها نسخ حكمها دون تلاوتها: الإحكام لا النسخ، وقد بينت وجه إحكام الآيات وعدم نسخها، وأن هذا هو الراجح.

This research aims to clarify the attitudes of scholars and scientists of the pretended – mentioned versus in the holy Quran, as the study is concluded in three chapters, the first chapter: is handling the identification of subrogating, and its conditions and its rulings and the differences between the subrogating and initiations and customization, and the second chapter is handling: the types of subrogating in the holy Quran, and finally the third chapter is handling: subrogating of ruling with remaining the recitation as it includes ; ten sections As it was clarified to me the importance of subrogating research, as it has a large status for all fundamentalists and interpreters as it is an important corner in comprehending Islam and the conversion to the correct rulings especially if found any contradictory evidences not arising any opposition between the knowledge of precedent and subsequent and the subrogating and subrogated As it is shown to me through this research that many reasons of multiple versus that pretended mentioned with differing the terminology of forerunners and latecomers in the meaning of subrogating as many of the authors in the topic of subrogating and subrogated, so we can find some of them are expanding in their multiplicities and others are restricting of few ones As I can see after the explanations of some scientists of those versus that pretended mentioned in the holy Quran that the principles of those versus were subrogated in their rulings with no recitation: as the rulings not the subrogating as I have clarified the shape of versus rulings not the subrogating and this is the more weighty
