|a نظرا لتعدد ممارسات العدوان الاقتصادي وانتشارها، فقد ظهرت الحاجة للبحث في تلك الظاهرة باعتبارها نوعا من أنواع العدوان المجرم دوليا، لذا فإنه من الضروري التطرق لبيان خصائص تلك الظاهرة والبحث في مدى إمكانية تجريمها كجريمة دولية، وذلك بإدراجها في النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية وإقرار المسئولية الدولية عنها، سواء تلك المسئولية المدنية للدولة المعتدية بتعويض الدولة المعتدي عليها عن الأضرار اللاحقة بها بسبب تلك الممارسات، أو المسئولية الجنائية للأفراد من مسئولي الدولة المعتدية.
|b Given the multiplicity and spread of economic aggression practices, the need has emerged to research this phenomenon as a type of internationally criminalized aggression. Therefore, it is necessary to address the characteristics of this phenomenon and research the extent of the possibility of criminalizing it as an international crime, by including it in the statute of the International Criminal Court and acknowledging international responsibility. about it, whether that is the civil responsibility of the aggressor state to compensate the aggressor state for the damages caused to it as a result of those practices, or the criminal responsibility of individuals who are officials of the aggressor state.
