المستخلص: إن المتابع لنتاج المكتبة الإسلامية الذي تناول موضوع العرف ومجالات إعماله بالبحث والدراسة، ليجد أن هذا التناول لم يتعد إبراز مجالات إعمال العرف في باب الأحكام الشرعية العملية الإجمالية منها والتفصيلية. فكان التعرض لدراسة موضوع العرف قاصرا على حقلي الفقه وأصوله، وإن تعدى للحقل الحديثي، فيكون في باب الدراية من حيث فقه النص ودلالته على الأحكام، دون التعرض لباب الرواية من قريب أو بعيد. لذلك فقد عنى هذا البحث بدراسة مجالات إعمال العرف، والذي يعنى به باب الرواية دون باب الدراية، فالعرف والعادة لهما أثر في بعض المسائل الحديثية الخاصة بعلم الرواية، وارتباط فهم بعض المعاني الحديثية بالوقوف على الظروف الزمانية والمكانية المحيطة بوضعه، وهناك بعض الحدود والمصطلحات الحديثية غير محدودة بحد، وإنما هي ميدان لاجتهاد المحدثين، ولما كان العرف الزماني والمكاني أو العرف العلمي، غير منضبط، فكان حدود ظهوره وتطبيقه قليل ونادر مقارنة بما انضبط معياره، ولفهم المراد من لفظ الجرح والتعديل، يجب مراعاة اصطلاحات الأئمة في ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل والفروق بينها، فتنزل كل عبارة على مراد قائلها، كما ينبغي أن يعرف العرف السائد، والظروف التي قيل فيها هذا اللفظ في الجرح والتعديل، وبدون ذلك لا يمكن فهم كلامهم في الجرح والتعديل، واختيار الرأي الصائب في حق الراوي.

Anyone who follows the work of the Islamic Library, who deals with the subject of custom and the areas of its implementation by research and study, will find that this approach does not go beyond highlighting the areas of implementation of custom in the section on practical legal rulings, both general and detailed. Thus, the study of the subject of custom was limited to the fields of jurisprudence and its principles, and if it went beyond the hadith field, then it would be in the chapter of knowledge in terms of the jurisprudence of the text and its significance on rulings, without addressing the chapter of narration from near or far. Therefore, this research was concerned with studying the areas of implementation of custom, which is concerned with the chapter on narration rather than the chapter on knowledge. Custom and custom have an impact on some hadith issues related to the science of narration, and the connection between understanding some hadith meanings and identifying the temporal and spatial circumstances surrounding its situation. There are some limits and hadith terminology that are not It is limited to a limit, but it is the field of the ijtihad of the hadith scholars, and since the temporal and spatial custom, or scientific custom, was not controlled, the limits of its appearance and application were few and rare compared to what its standard was controlled. Each statement is interpreted based on the intent of its speaker, as one should know the prevailing custom and the circumstances in which this word was said in al-jarh wa al-ta'deel. Without that, it is not possible to understand their words in al-jarh wa al-ta'deel and choose the correct opinion regarding the narrator.
