المستخلص: إن السيرة النبوية في علوم الشريعة من الأهمية بمكان، فهي جزء من سنة النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- لا تنفصل عنها، فيها أيامه، وسيره، وملحمه، وأخباره، ولذا سارعت لها أقلم العلماء بالجمع والتصنيف والتأليف، فكانت نافذة على جميل سيرته، وحلو مواقفه، وأحداث لياليه وأيامه، ولما كان لكل أمة أعداء متربصون؛ سارعت أقلم التربص والسوء تخط تلك السير بالتشويه؛ لتقلب الحسن سيئا، وتدس في العسل سما، فكان لزاما على أهل الحق أن يستبينوا سبيلهم، ويعلموا مقاصدهم، ويأخذوا عدتهم لمعرفة سبيل التصدي لهم، ونقض باطلهم. ولهذا يهدف البحث إلى تجلية الاتجاهات الاستشراقية في التعامل مع السيرة النبوية، ووضع ضوابط دقيقة لتلك الاتجاهات، وتوضيح سمات كل اتجاه منها، وضرب الأمثلة الكاشفة لتلك الاتجاهات، مع أهم من عرف ذلك الاتجاه من المستشرقين، وبيان الاتجاهات الاستشراقية في دراسة السيرة النبوية، وتوضيح المواقف من كل تلك الاتجاهات في الجملة، والموقف من كل اتجاه على حدة. وكان من نتائج البحث: - أن الاستشراق: هو دراسة الغرب لعلوم الشرق من الأمم المسلمة. - أن السيرة النبوية: هي حياة النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- منذ ولادته إلى وفاته. - أن الاستشراق لا يعرف وقت ابتداءه على وجه التدقيق، ولكن رصدت تحركات كانت هي دلائل انطلاق هذا الحراك الفكري والعلمي لتعلم معارف العرب والمسلمين على المستوى الجماعي والفردي. أن التأليف في السيرة النبوية مر بمراحل مهمة الاعتبار، وذلك في زمن الصحابة- رضوان الله عليهم- حيث الراوية لها دون تدوين مع العناية بها، ثم عصر التابعين لتكون ضمن المرويات المنقولة في السنة، والاهتمام بها، نقل كأحاديث السنة النبوية بالخصوص، ثم التأليف على وجه الاستقلال لتلك المرويات، كما فعل ابن إسحاق والواقدي وغيرهم، حتى اكتمل العقد بجمع ابن هشام لتلك السيرة وترتيبها، ثم توالت الكتابات، ودخل في خط الكتابات المستشرقون، فل يوجد مستشرق إلا وله كتاب في السيرة النبوية، أو في الحديث عن جانب منها.

The biography of the prophet in the sciences of Sharia is of great importance, it is part of the Sunnah of the Prophet-peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him - is inseparable from it, including his days, biography, epic, and news, and therefore the most learned scholars hastened to collect, classify and compose it, so it was a window on the beauty of his biography, the sweetness of his Those who have the right to know their way, to know their intentions, and to take their kit to know the way to confront them, and to refute their falsehood. Therefore, the research aims to clarify the Orientalist trends in dealing with the prophetic biography, establish precise controls for those trends, clarify the features of each of them, and provide revealing examples of those trends, with the most important who knew in that direction from the orientalists, and indicate the Orientalist trends in the study of the prophetic biography, and clarify the positions of all those trends in the sentence, and the position of each direction separately. The results of the research were: - Orientalism: it is the study of the west of the sciences of the east of the Muslim nations. - The prophetic biography is the life of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) from his birth to his death. - That Orientalism does not know the exact time of its beginning, but movements were observed that were the signs of the beginning of this intellectual and scientific movement to learn the knowledge of Arabs and Muslims at the collective and individual level. - That the authorship of the prophetic biography passed through important stages of consideration, and that was at the time of the companions-may Allah be pleased with them-where the narrator has without taking notes with care, and then the age of the followers to be among the narrations transmitted in the Sunnah, and pay attention to them, conveyed as hadiths of the prophetic Sunnah in particular, and then independently authoring those narrations, as did Ibn Ishaq, waqidi and others, until the contract was completed by collecting Ibn Hisham for that biography and arranging it, then the writings the prophetic biography, or to talk about an aspect of it.
