المستخلص: This research was busy studying the term win in the Holy Qur’an, to reveal its concept in its Quranic format according to the methodology of the terminological study, in order to understand the meanings of winning- Al Fawz that Allah guided to, according to the semantics of the texts of the Holy Qur’an, in order to save from all deviation or misguidance, and graciously for every loss or small, those “meanings that were developed in the tongue of the Holy Qur’an, or in the tongue of the honorable Sunnah, these are not for anyone to change and change their significance other than what they called.” Winning-Al Fawz in the Holy Qur’an is of great importance due to the great interest in guiding man in all his affairs, individually and in his group, and this term carries major meanings that guide to understanding oneself by understanding its terms.
