المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: بيان ما تحمله الوصايا في العصر الجاهلي من حكم وقيم وتجارب حياتية؛ لذا اخترت وصيتي عمرو بن كلثوم والحارث بن كعب لبنيهما (دراسة بلاغية موازنة)، وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة، وفهرسين، ومع أن الدراسات البلاغية التي قامت حول الأدب في العصر الجاهلي غزيرة، لكن باب الوصايا فيه ما زال في حاجة للكشف عن أسراره، سواء أكانت وصايا أدبية، أم وصايا اجتماعية كالوصيتين محل الدراسة؛ لذا تراءى لي أن أستخرج درة من بحره الواسع، فوقع نظري على وصيتي عمرو بن كلثوم والحارث بن كعب لبنيهما، حيث إنني وجدتهما تشتملان على قيم وأخلاق تترك أثرا قويما في نفس من تلقى عليهم، فجاءت هذه الدرة بعنوان: (وصيتا عمرو بن كلثوم والحارث بن كعب لبنيهما (دراسة بلاغية موازنة)، قمت بتعريف الوصية، وبيان أنواعها، حيث إنها تنقسم إلى قسمين: أدبية واجتماعية، مبينة كل قسم من الأقسام على حدة، وتناولت الوصيتين محل البحث، وقمت بتوضيحها وتحليلها تحليلا بلاغيا وافيا وفاء بحق المعنى، وقد قامت الدراسة في هذا البحث على المنهج التحليلي التكاملي، وتوصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج منها: كان لفعل الأمر الصدارة في الكلام، ودار حول النصح والإرشاد، وكانت المعاني عميقة وواضحة لا غموض فيها، واعتمد الموصيان على نصائح وحكم كثيرة مستخلصة من تجارب حياتهما، فصاغوها لأبنائهم؛ لينتفعوا بها، وليستفيد منها المجتمع. وتنوع الأسلوب بين الخبر والإنشاء، فحينما يريدان تنبيه أبنائهما وإصغائهما إلى ما سيلقى عليهم يأتيان بالأسلوب الإنشائي، وحينما يعمدان إلى تقرير الحقائق وتوكيدها يأتيان بالأسلوب الخبري؛ لأن له تأثيرا على العقل حين تعرض عليه الحقائق، كما تبين قلة الصورة البيانية عندهما، وهذا من خصائص الوصايا في العصر الجاهلي؛ لأنهما يسردان لأبنائهم أمورا من واقع خبرتهما وطول تجربتها في الحياة، وكان لعلم البديع دور في خدمة الوصيتين، والذي أضفى على الكلام رونقا وجمالا ونغما موسيقيا، وتعددت الفنون البديعية اللفظية والمعنوية، وغلب على أسلوبهما السجع الناتج من إتقان فواصل الجمل، فقد كان عفويا طلبه المعنى واستدعاه دون تكلف، وجاء تابعا للمعنى.

This study aims to: explain the wisdom, values and life experiences that the commandments contained in the pre-Islamic era. Therefore, I chose the commandment of Amr ibn Kulthum and al-Harith ibn Ka’b to his sons (a critical rhetorical study). The research was organized into an introduction, a preface, six sections, a conclusion, and two indexes. Although the rhetorical studies that have been conducted on pre-Islamic literature are abundant, the section on commandments in it still needs to be explored. Its secrets, whether they are literary commandments or social commandments, such as the two commandments under study: Therefore, it seemed to me to extract a pearl from his wide knowledge, and my sight fell on the commandment of Amr bin Kulthum and Al-Harith bin Ka’b to his sons, as I found them to contain values and morals that would leave a strong impact on the souls of those they met, so this pearl came under the title: (The Commandment of Amr bin Kulthum and Al-Harith bin Ka'b Labanih (a critical rhetorical study), I defined the commandment and explained its types, as it is divided into two parts: literary and social, explaining each type separately. I dealt with the two commandments in question, and I clarified and analyzed them in a comprehensive rhetorical analysis to fulfill the meaning. The study was conducted In this research based on the integrative analytical approach, the research reached a set of results, including: The imperative verb and its noun were at the forefront of speech, and revolved around encouragement and intimidation, advice and guidance, and the meanings were deep, clear and unambiguous, and they relied on many advice and wisdom extracted from their life experiences, so they formulated them. For their sons to benefit from it and for society to benefit from it . The style varies between reporting and constructing. When they want to alert their sons and make them listen to what commandment be presented to them, they use the constructive style, and when they intend to report and confirm the facts, they use the informative style. Because it has an impact on the mind when facts are presented to it, just as the science of rhetoric and the science of Badi’ had a role in serving the two commandments and discovering their rhetorical secrets.
