المستخلص: تناول البحث تفسير آيات الوصية الواردة في سورة المائدة في قوله تعالى: (يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ شَهَٰدَةُ بَيۡنِكُمۡ...) وقد ذكر العلماء أنها من أصعب آي القرآن إعرابا وتفسير ونظما وحكما. ويتكون البحث من مقدمة وتمهيد وثمانية مطالب وخاتمة. جاء في المقدمة ذكر أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياري له ومشكلته، والدراسات السابقة عليه، والخطة الفنية لهذا البحث. وتناول التمهيد التعريف بالسورة التي وردت فيها الآيات الثلاث، ببيان ترتيبها، وعدد آیها، وزمان نزولها، وأسمائها. وأما المطالب فمبينة لسبب نزول الآيات الكريمة، ووجه الارتباط والمناسبة بين الآيات وما قبلها، وفيها تحليل للألفاظ وبيان للدلالة المعجمية لبعض مفردات الآيات، وتوضيح للمعنى الإجمالي لها، واشتملت على إبراز وجوه القراءات في الآيات ودلالاتها، وتحقيق وجوه الإعراب وحل إشكالاته، واعتنت بالأسرار البلاغية والنكات البيانية، والأسرار العلمية واللطائف التفسيرية، والأحكام الشرعية في الآيات وأدلتها، وأقوال الفقهاء فيها. وختم البحث بذكر الفوائد المستنبطة من الآيات الكريمة وما ترشد إليه، ويليها ثبت بالمصادر والمراجع التي استعنت بها. وأبرز نتائج البحث: بيان الأصل في الشهادة وأنها تكون بين مسلمين عدلين وأن ذلك الأصل يعدل عنه للضرورة أو الحاجة، فيجوز شهادة غير المسلم على المسلم بالشروط المذكورة. - مشروعية اختيار الأوقات والأمكنة التي تؤثر في قلوب الشهود وفي قلوب مقسمي الأيمان وتحملهم على النطق بالحق، والتغليظ على الحالف بصيغة اليمين مما يكون رادعا له على الحلف كذبا. إلى غير ذلك من النتائج والفوائد المستخرجة من الآيات.

Interpretation of the saying of God (يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ شَهَٰدَةُ بَيۡنِكُمۡ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ) Mohamed Ibrahim Sayed Soliman Lecturer of Interpretation and Quranic Sciences at the Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion - Al- Azhar University in Cairo Email: mhmdabrahym71@gmail.com :Abstract The research dealt with the interpretation of the verses of the will mentioned in Surat Al-Ma'idah in the Almighty's saying (يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ شَهَٰدَةُ بَيۡنِكُمۡ .......) Scholars have stated that it is one of the most difficult verses of the Qur'an in terms of grammar, .interpretation, arrangement, and rulings The research consists of an introduction, a preface, eight demands and a conclusion. The introduction mentioned the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it and its problem, previous studies on it, and the technical plan for this research. The preface dealt with defining the surah in which the three verses appeared, stating their order, the number of their verses, the time of .their revelation, and their names As for the demands, they explain the reason for the revelation of the noble verses, the connection and suitability between the verses and what preceded them, and they include an analysis of the words and an explanation of the lexical significance of some of the verses' vocabulary, and an explanation of their overall meaning. They include highlighting the aspects of readings in the verses and their significances, investigating the aspects of grammar and resolving its problems, and paying attention to the rhetorical secrets and rhetorical jokes, scientific secrets and interpretive subtleties, and the legal rulings in the verses and their evidence, and the sayings of the jurists about them. The research concludes with mentioning the benefits derived from the noble verses and what they guide .to, followed by a list of the sources and references that I used The most prominent results of the research: Clarifying the origin of testimony and that it is between two just Muslims, and that this origin can be changed due to necessity or need, so it is permissible for a non-Muslim to testify against a Muslim under the mentioned conditions. - The legitimacy of choosing times and places that influence the hearts of witnesses and the hearts of those who swear oaths and compel them to speak the truth, and to make it difficult for the one who swears the oath in a way that deters him from swearing falsely. And other results and benefits extracted from the verses.
