|a إن الأعراف والعادات الاجتماعية السيئة لها تأثير إيجابي وسلبي على المجتمع خصوصا على الزواج، بما أن الشريعة الإسلامية اهتمت بالزواج ووضعت له شروط وضوابط حتى تستقر الحياة الزوجية والأسرية التي هي أساس المجتمع وقد راعت الشريعة كثير من الأحكام المتعلقة بالأعراف الاجتماعية في مسائل الزواج. إن الاحكام التي مرجعها العرف يمكن أن تتغير بتغير هذا العرف، والأعراف قد تصاب بأعطاب خاصة عند تحولاتها الاجتماعية ويكون لها تأثير سلبي على المجتمع، لذا هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة ما مدى تأثير العرف والعادة الاجتماعية السيئة على الزواج، لأنه يهدد مجتمعاتنا من الداخل، ومن خلال البحث والتقصي، وجدت أن هناك الكثير من الأعراف بحاجة ماسة إلى تلافي سلبياتها وتفعيل إيجابياتها، وقد رأيت أنه من الضروري الوقوف عليها وبيان أثرها، وتوعية الناس بضرورة محاربة ما يخالف الشرع منها.
|b The bad social norms and customs have a positive and negative impact on society, especially on marriage, since Islamic law has taken care of marriage and has set conditions and controls for it so that marital and family life, which is the basis of society, is stabilized, and Sharia has taken into account many provisions related to social norms in matters of marriage. The provisions that are due to custom can change with the change of this custom, and customs may be defective, especially when social transformations and have a negative impact on society, so the study aimed to find out the extent of the impact of custom and bad social habit on marriage, because it threatens our societies from the inside, and through research and investigation, I found that there are many customs in urgent need to avoid their negatives and activate their positives, and I saw that it is necessary to stand on them and their impact, and to educate people about the need to fight what violates Sharia ones.
