المستخلص: تكمن أهمية البحث في إبراز أثر السيرة النبوية في فقه علوم الشريعة، وما يترتب على هذا الأثر من مقتضيات معرفية ومنهجية، ويهدف البحث إلى: معرفة أول علوم الشريعة نشأة، وترتيب هذه العلوم زمنياً، وبيان التقسيمات الأولية لهذه العلوم استمداداً من الكتاب والسنة، ومن ثم بيان ما اكتمل من علوم الشريعة في عصر النبوة، وتوضيح العلاقة بين علوم الشريعة وما يترتب عليها، وفق منهج استقرائي استنباطي، ومن أبرز ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج: أن عرض علوم الشريعة في سياقها التاريخي من عصر النبوة يجلّي مقاصد الدين الإسلامي، ويبيّن أولويات الدعوة إليه، وأن علوم الشريعة تتداخل فيما بينها لتتكامل، وأن دراسة هذه العلوم ومعرفة شواهدها من السيرة النبوية يزيد العلم رسوخا، والتطبيق وضوحاً.

Importance of this research lies in showing role of biography of prophet (Muhammad) in jurisprudence of Sharia sciences and the epistemological and methodological implications resulting from this role. The research aims to: know the Sharia sciences which have been firstly established and order of these sciences based on time, state the primary divisions of these sciences deriving from the Book of Allah and the Prophet's tradition (Sunna) and then to state the Sharia sciences which were completed in era of the prophet as well as to show the relationship among the Sharia sciences and what resulting therefrom according to inductive and deductive approach. Some of the most important results concluded by the research are as follows: presentation of the Sharia sciences within its historical context from era of the Prophet reveals objectives of the Islamic religion and shows priorities of calling for it and that the Sharia sciences are interfered to complement each other. Study of these sciences and knowing its signs from biography of prophet (Muhammad) increasingly strengthens the science and the application becomes clearer.
