المستخلص: تعتبر تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي من أهم التقنيات الحديثة التي ظهرت في الآونة الأخيرة وأحدثت تغيرا كبيرا في وظائف المؤسسات، وخاصة نطاق المكتبات والمعلومات؛ لذلك فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات بجامعة الأزهر نحو استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات، ومعرفة التحديات التي تواجهها تلك المكتبات لتطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ مستخدمه المنهج المسحي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أمناء مكتبات كليات جامعة الأزهر، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة موزعة علي سبعة محاور، وتم معالجة البيانات الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها: جميع مكتبات كليات جامعة الأزهر لا يتوافر بها تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بنسبة بلغت (100%)، وبلغ عدد أمناء مكتبات كليات جامعة الأزهر الذين لديهم خلفية عن الذكاء الاصطناعي (٥٣) أمينا بنسبة بلغت (88.3%)؛ كما بلغ عدد الأمناء الذين ليس لديهم أي خلفية عن مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي (۷) أمناء بنسبة بلغت (11.7%) ، ولكن تبين أن هناك ضعف ومحدودية لدي مجتمع الدراسة نحو مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأن لجنة المكتبات بجامعة الأزهر لا تؤدي دورها بشكل فعال بسبب أن أغلب أعضاء اللجنة غير متخصصين في إدارة المكتبات والمعلومات، وأنه لا توجد إدارة مخصصة لتدريب أمناء المكتبات وتأهيلهم للتعامل مع تكنولوجيا العصر الحديث، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة هيكلة مكتبات كليات جامعة الأزهر، وتعديل لائحة مكتبات كليات جامعة الأزهر حتى يتسنى التطوير، وتخصيص إدارة لتدريب أمناء المكتبات وتأهيلهم للتعامل مع تكنولوجيا العصر الحديث، وتوفير ميزانية واضحة الملامح واستخدامها لصالح تطوير مكتبات الكليات فقط، وزيادة الدراسات الميدانية لاستكشاف متطلبات تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتنوع في الخدمات التي يقدمها الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات.

Artificial intelligence applications are one of the most important modern technologies that have emerged in recent times, which have shaped a major change in the functions of institutions, especially the scope of libraries and information, Therefore, this study aims to identify the attitudes of library and information specialists at Al-Azhar University towards the use of artificial intelligence techniques in libraries, and knowing the challenges facing the libraries to apply the artificial intelligence applications; Using the survey method,; the study will consist of All librarians of Al-Azhar University faculties (60); to achieve the objectives of the study, questionnaire was designed. It distributed over seven fields, statistical data were processed using the statistical program spss. The study conclude that the most important results of which are all Al-Azhar University college libraries do not have artificial intelligence technologies at a rate of (100%), The number of librarians at Al-Azhar University colleges who have a background in artificial intelligence reached (53), with a percentage of (88.3%), and they don't have any background in the concept of artificial intelligence reached (7) at a rate of (11.7%); But it turned out that there is a weakness and limitation among the study community regarding the concept of artificial intelligence. The Libraries Committee at Al-Azhar University does not perform its role effectively because most of the committee members are not specialists in library and information management; There is no department dedicated to training librarians and qualifying them to deal with modern-day technology, Amending the list of libraries of Al-Azhar University faculties to enable development, Allocating a department to train librarians and qualify them to deal with modern-day technology, Providing a clear budget and using it for the benefit of developing college libraries only, and increasing field studies to explore the requirements for artificial intelligence technologies and the diversity of services provided by artificial intelligence in libraries.
