المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المكتبات الجامعية في تعزيز التعاون مع الباحثين من خلال استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحقيق الريادة والتميز. تم إجراء الدراسة على مجتمع مكون من أمناء المكتبات والباحثين في الجامعات الحكومية والخاصة في الأردن، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 100 فرد من هؤلاء الباحثين وأمناء المكتبات. اعتمدت الدراسة على استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، والتي تضمنت قسمين رئيسيين. القسم الأول تناول الريادة واشتمل على 10 فقرات، بينما تناول القسم الثاني التميز وتضمن أيضا 10 فقرات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات الجامعية يسهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق الريادة والتميز. حيث أظهرت النتائج فيما يتعلق ببعد الريادة أن المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لهذا البعد بلغ 4.25، مع انحراف معياري قدره 0.85. وهذا يعني أن المكتبات الجامعية تلعب دورا محوريا في تحفيز الابتكار وتعزيز البحث العلمي من خلال تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. وفيما يتعلق ببعد التميز بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لهذا البعد 3.80، مع انحراف معياري قدره 0.75. وهذا يعني أن المكتبات الجامعية تسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات الأكاديمية والبحثية من خلال تخصيص الخدمات وتحسين إدارة الموارد بفضل تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها تعزيز استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المكتبات من خلال تحسين البنية التحتية وتوفير التقنيات المتقدمة مثل معالجة اللغة الطبيعية والتعلم الآلي، وضرورة تقديم برامج تدريبية متخصصة لأمناء المكتبات حول كيفية استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، لتمكينهم من تحسين كفاءة العمليات وتقديم خدمات أفضل.

This study aimed to identify the role of university libraries in enhancing cooperation with researchers using artificial intelligence technologies to achieve leadership and excellence. The study was conducted on a community consisting of librarians and researchers in public and private universities in Jordan, and a random sample of 100 individuals was selected from these researchers and librarians. The study relied on a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, which included two main sections. The first section dealt with leadership and included 10 paragraphs, while the second section dealt with excellence and included 10 paragraphs. The study concluded that the integration of artificial intelligence technologies in university libraries contributes significantly to achieving leadership and excellence. The results showed that the overall arithmetic mean for this dimension was 4.25, with a standard deviation of 0.85. This means that university libraries play a pivotal role in stimulating innovation and promoting scientific research by adopting artificial intelligence technologies. Regarding the excellence dimension, the overall arithmetic mean for this dimension was 3.80, with a standard deviation of 0.75. This means that university libraries contribute to improving the quality of academic and research services by allocating services and improving resource management thanks to artificial intelligence technologies. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is enhancing the use of artificial intelligence technologies in libraries by improving the infrastructure and providing advanced technologies such as natural language processing and machine learning, and the need to provide specialized training programs for librarians on how to use artificial intelligence technologies, to enable them to improve the efficiency of operations and provide better services.
