|b The information of employees in companies taken in the context of the OHBLA, led us to study to inform readers, factors related to the unavailability of information in a so-called normal period where employees don't really have access due to the secret of the affairs that influences the functioning of the so-called enterprises. In a so-called crisis period, the secret information will be made available to employees because of the probable collective procedure that the company will undergo, so the information will be of an unexpected flexibility compare to a normal period.
|d L'information des salariés dans les entreprises pris dans le contexte de l'OHADA, nous a amené à étudier pour éclairer le lecteur, aux facteurs relatifs à l'insuffisance de l'information dans une période dite normale où les salariés n'y accèdent pas facilement à l'information dû au secret des affaires qui a une influence sur le fonctionnement de ces entreprises. Dans une période dite de crise, l'information tant secrète sera mise à la disposition des salariés du fait de la probable procédure collective que subira l'entreprise, dont l'information sera d'une flexibilité inattendue qu'en période normale.
