They are executed without intermediaries and on a peer-to-peer basis. This process is followed by thousands of users on platforms dedicated to the execution of these contracts. The adoption of this new form of contract has become inevitable in the context of the information technology revolution, through a specific digital medium called block chain. Consequently, there is an urgent need to close the legislative gap on AI contracts, as we need new legislation to control the pace of this technology. This branch of human activity needs to change the old laws and previous legislation associated with its existence, because it needs new laws. However, this can only happen after in-depth scientific discussions, specialised legal workshops on all practical legal, judicial and economic issues related to the use of AI and information technologies, and only then can we propose promising visions for the development of the legal environment for AI.  |d Les contrats IA sont exécutés via un protocole qui inclut tous les termes et événements associés au contrat. Ils sont exécutés sans intermédiaire et sont basés sur le principe du Peer-to-Peer. Ce processus est suivi par des milliers d'utilisateurs de plateformes dédiées à l'exécution de ces contrats. Grâce à un support numérique spécifique appelé block Chain, l'adoption de cette nouvelle forme de contrat est devenue inévitable dans le contexte de la révolution des technologies de l'information. Par conséquent, il est urgent de combler le vide législatif concernant les contrats d'IA, car nous avons besoin d'une nouvelle législation pour contrôler le rythme de cette technologie. Cette branche de l'activité humaine doit modifier les anciennes lois et les législations antérieures associées à son existence, car elle a besoin de nouvelles lois. Cependant, cela ne pourra se faire qu'après des discussions scientifiques approfondies, des ateliers juridiques spécialisés sur toutes les questions juridiques, judiciaires et économiques pratiques liées à l'utilisation de l'IA et des technologies de l'information, et ce n'est qu'alors que nous pourrons proposer des visions prometteuses pour le développement de l'environnement juridique de l'IA.
