This study aims to identify the importance of sports investment and the role it plays in the economic and social recovery, as the Algerian legislature has given attention to the latter through the enactment of various legal articles and legislation on sports investment. It has made many amendments and reforms in order to attract more investors and attract capital to achieve the desired goals, including Law 05-13 on the organization and development of physical and sports activities, which contains legal articles that include facilities and incentives in order to attract investors to the sports sector, whether locally or abroad, in order to increase human capital formation and increase capital. The researcher resorted to addressing the legal texts issued and the extent of its impact on sports investment. |
