It has made many amendments and reforms in order to attract more investors and attract capital to achieve the desired goals, including Law 05-13 on the organization and development of physical and sports activities, which contains legal articles that include facilities and incentives in order to attract investors to the sports sector, whether locally or abroad, in order to increase human capital formation and increase capital.
