| 520 | |b This study aims to identify creativity and innovation in libraries and information centers as one of the most important bets and strategies that can be adopted by libraries and information centers that want to develop their reality and enter the door of competition. We have concluded that creativity is more than just a strategic tool for achieving excellence and success in libraries and information centers. Rather, it is a real indicator of the library’s arrival at the rank of an innovative library, which is the motto of modern organizations at the present time. It remains to encourage information specialists to be creative and innovative, and to open the way for specialists. Information to unleash creative energies is the main challenge facing libraries and information centers to achieve their competitive advantage. | ||
