|a تناولت الدراسة الموسومة "بمقصد حفظ الأمن وأثره في حماية حقوق الإنسان" التعريف بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية وأقسامها وأهميتها، وموضع مقصد حفظ الأمن منها، والتي كان وثيق الصلة بضرورياتها الخمس، من خلال التعريف به وبيان أهميته وأنواعه ووسائل تحقيقه للوصول لأسمى الغايات من المحافظة على حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها، من خلال إدراج كل حق من الحقوق تحت ضرورة من الضروريات الخمس (حفظ الدين والنفس والعقل والمال والنسل) وكان من ضمن هذه الحقوق المدرجة: حق اختيار الدين وحق الحياة وحق العلاج، وحق التملك والعمل، وحق التعليم وحرية التفكير والتعبير عن الرأي، وحق بناء الأسرة وحماية العرض، وتعزيز كل هذا بالأدلة الشرعية والقوانين المعتبرة.
|b The study, titled "The Purpose of Maintaining Security and Its Impact on the Protection of Human Rights," dealt with defining the purposes of Islamic law, its sections, and their importance, and the location of the purpose of preserving security among them, which was closely related to its five necessities, by defining it and explaining its importance and means of achieving it to reach the highest goals of preserving human rights. And protect it, by including every right Rights under one of the five necessities (preservation of religion, soul, mind, money, and lineage). Among these rights listed were: the right to choose religion, the right to life, the right to treatment, the right to own property and work, the right to education, freedom of thought and expression of opinion, the right to build a family, protect honor, and promote all of this. With legitimate evidence and recognized laws.
