|a تشكل المبادرة الملكية للأطلسي، التي اقترحها جلالة الملك محمد السادس سنة 2023، رافعة استراتيجية للاندماج الإقليمي لدول إفريقيا الواقعة على المحيط الأطلسي. بفضل التزامه التاريخي ورؤيته المستنيرة، يشكل المغرب ركيزة محورية في تطوير التعاون الإفريقي، على أساس التضامن والازدهار المشترك. تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تعزيز التعاون الجيو اقتصادي، والاقتصاد الأزرق، والأمن البحري، مع تسهيل وصول دول الساحل إلى الواجهة الأطلسية. تعتمد المبادرة على تطوير البنية التحتية الإقليمية والحكامة الداعمة لتحفيز التبادلات التجارية، وتشجيع التنمية المستدامة، وخلق فرص اقتصادية شاملة ومرنة. هنالك عدد من التحديات الأمنية والسياسية والمؤسسية والمالية التي قد تعوق هذا الاندماج. وعلى الرغم من هذه العقبات، توفر المبادرة الملكية فرصة فريدة لإعادة التفكير في إفريقيا من الداخل، من خلال الاستفادة من مواردها المحلية وتعزيز قدرتها على التأثير في الديناميات العالمية. بفضل قيادته الإقليمية والقارية والدولية وإمكاناته المتنوعة، يمكن للمغرب أن يشكل نموذجا يحتذى به للدول الإفريقية الأخرى، مما سيساهم في إحداث تحول عميق للقارة.
|b The Royal Initiative for the Atlantic, proposed in 2023 by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, is a strategic lever for the regional integration of Atlantic African countries. Thanks to its historical commitment and enlightened vision, Morocco positions itself as a central pillar in strengthening African cooperation, based on solidarity and shared prosperity. This Initiative aims to promote geoeconomic cooperation, the blue economy, and maritime security, while facilitating access for Sahelian countries to the Atlantic. It relies on the development of regional infrastructures and harmonized governance to stimulate trade exchanges, encourage sustainable development, and create inclusive and resilient economic opportunities. However, security, political, institutional, and financial challenges could hinder this integration. Despite these obstacles, the Royal Initiative offers a unique opportunity to rethink Africa from within, by leveraging its local resources and enhancing its ability to influence global dynamics. Morocco, with its regional, continental, and international leadership and diverse potential, could serve as a model for other African nations, thus contributing to a profound transformation of the continent.
