|a تعد الجامعة الحقل الرئيسي لإنتاج الرأسمال المعرفي لأي مجتمع، وهي البنية الأساسية والمهمة في أي نسق مجتمعي كان لما لها من دور ريادي والمنوط بها كفاعل ينتج شروط التحول والتغير المعرفي والسلوكي والقيمي لكل فرد في المجتمع، غير أنه يمكن للجامعة أن تؤثر إيجابيا في هذا النسق، كما أن لهذا الأخير الدور المؤثر الإيجابي والسلبي أيضا، وخاصة في ظل الأزمة المجتمعية والتنموية التي تعيشها اليوم بلادنا، مما يعكس الواقع الصعب الذي تعرفه هذه المؤسسة الجامعية. من هنا تأتي ورقتنا البحثية هذه لتحديد أهمية ودور المعرفة العلمية للجامعة في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وكشف إشكالية العلاقة بين الأطر المعرفية النظرية للجامعة والواقع التطبيقي، سنحاول استعراض أهمية الحوكمة في التعليم العالي في الجزائر، ومناقشة مجال تطبيقها في المحيط الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، مع إبراز أهم الصعوبات التي تواجهها الجامعة الجزائرية.

This work comes to examine the problematic relationship between the university and knowledge, where we will try in a form of sociological analysis to provide a historical overview of university education and the Algerian university, highlighting the problematic relationship between the university and knowledge in terms of theory and practice.
