|a هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فعالية الخدمات المقدمة من جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الليث في تنمية المجتمع المحلي من وجهة نظر المستفيدين. ومدى فعالية البرامج الاجتماعية والصحية والاقتصادية، وقد استخدم الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي من خلال تطبيق المقياس على عينة من المستفيدين قوامها (331) مفردة لقياس فعالية الخدمات المقدمة لهم ودورها في تنمية المجتمع المحلي من وجهة نظر المستفيدين من جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الليث وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى قياس فعالية البرامج الصحية بجمعية البر الخيرية بالليث تعزى لمتغير الجنس ومتغير الدخل وتمثلت أهم المعوقات التي تواجهه تقديم الخدمات بالجمعية الخيرية بمحافظة الليث في عدم وجود آليات واضحة ومعلنة لتقييم وتطوير الخدمات وكذلك عدم وضوح الإجراءات والمعايير المتعلقة بالحصول على الخدمات لذا وضعت الدراسة خطة للتغلب على المعوقات التي تؤثر على تقديم البرامج في جمعية البر الخيرية لتحقيق التنمية بالمجتمع المحلي.
|b The study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the services provided by Al-Bir Charity Association in Al-Laith Governorate in developing the local community from the beneficiaries' point of view. And the effectiveness of social, health and economic programs. The researcher used the social survey method by applying the scale to a sample of beneficiaries consisting of (331) individuals to measure the effectiveness of the services provided to them and their role in developing the local community from the point of view of the beneficiaries of Al-Bir Charity Association in Al-Laith Governorate, The study found that there were statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample individuals for the level of measuring the effectiveness of health programs at Al-Bir Charity Association in Al-Laith attributed to the gender variable and the income variable, The most important obstacles facing the provision of services by the charitable association in Al-Laith Governorate were the lack of clear and announced mechanisms for evaluating and developing services, as well as the lack of clarity in the procedures and standards related to obtaining services, The study developed a plan to overcome the obstacles that affect the provision of programs at Al-Bir Charity Association to achieve development in the local community.
