|a تعتبر مشكلة الانتحار من المشاكل الاجتماعية المؤثرة في أي مجتمع تتفشى فيه، وأنها تهدد بقاء أي مجتمع لأنها تؤدي إلى تناقص في عدد أفراد المجتمع، وتمثل فشلا فرديا وجماعيا في التكيف مـع المعايير الاجتماعيـة، ومؤشرا على عدم تقبل الأفراد للنظام الاجتماعي، ويعد الأخصائي الاجتماعي كممارس عام هو أهم عضو في المؤسسة التعليمية يتعاون معهم ويتعاونون معه لتحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي للطلاب باستخدامه طرق مهنية تقوم على أسس علمية. وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتحديد دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي كممارس عام في تنمية وعي طلاب الثانوية العامة بالآثار المترتبة على الانتحار حيث استهدفت تحديد الآثار المترتبة على الانتحار، تحديد دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي كممارس عام في تنمية وعي الطلاب بهذه الآثار، معوقات دور الممارس العام في تنمية وعي الطلاب بالآثار المترتبة على الانتحار والمقترحات اللازمة للتغلب على هذه المعوقات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الآثار المترتبة على الانتحار جاءت مرتفعة وكان أهمها القلق الحاد وضعف الصحة العامة، ومن أهم أدوار الممارس العامة في تنمية وعي الطلاب بهذه الآثار تمكين الطلاب من اكتشاف ذاتهم لمواجهة الأفكار الانتحارية، ويساعد الطلاب على تعديل اتجاهاتهم نحو التفكير في الانتحار.
|b The problem of suicide is considered one of the social problems affecting any society in which it is widespread. It threatens the survival of any society because it leads to a decrease in the number of members of society. It represents an individual and collective failure to adapt to social standards and an indicator of individuals’ lack of acceptance of the social system. The social worker is considered a general practitioner. He is the most important member of the educational institution who cooperates with them and they cooperate with him to achieve social adaptation for students using professional methods based on scientific foundations. This study came to determine the role of the social worker as a general practitioner in developing high school students’ awareness of the consequences of suicide. It aimed to determine the consequences of suicide, determine the role of the social worker as a general practitioner in developing students’ awareness of these effects, and obstacles to the role of the general practitioner in developing students’ awareness of the consequences. On suicide and the necessary proposals to overcome these obstacles. The study concluded that the level of effects resulting from suicide was high, the most important of which were acute anxiety and poor general health. One of the most important roles of the general practitioner in developing students’ awareness of these effects is to enable students to discover themselves to confront suicidal thoughts, and helps students modify their attitudes toward thinking about suicide.
