|a تعد التداولية درسًا غزيرا وجديدًا في حقل الدراسات اللسانية، إذ أنها تختص بدراسة استعمال اللغة في سياق معين، وتهتم بالمعنى، وجاء هذا البحث ليتناول ظاهرة لغوية مثيرة للتأمل؛ هي عودة الضمير على غير الأقرب، وهي ظاهرة تخالف أصلاً لغوياً مشهورًا. وبهذا الصدد طرح البحث سؤالاً عن الجدوى النصية لهذا التجاوز الأسلوبي، وفي هذه السبيل سلك البحث منهجًا جمع بين والوصف والتحليل بغية معالجة مشكلة البحث والوقوف على أجوبة موضوعية لأسئلته، فبدأ البحث بذكر أهمية الموضوع والمنهج المتبع في البحث، وأهم أسباب اختيار الموضوع والدراسات السابقة، ثم تمهيد يشمل تعريفاً للتداولية ومفهوم الضمير وأغراضه وأحواله، ثم يتناول محورين رئيسيين هما، الأول: عودة الضمير إلى الأقرب، والآخر: آراء النحاة وأهل اللغة في عودة الضمير، وينتهي البحث بخاتمة تتضمن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث.

The research began by mentioning the importance of the subject and the approach used in the research, The most important reasons for choosing the topic, then a preamble that includes a definition of deliberative and the concept of conscience and its purposes and conditions, and previous studies and then deals with two main axes, the first: the return of the conscience to the closest, and the other:. The views of grammarians and linguists in the return of conscience, and the research ends with a conclusion that includes the most important findings of the research.
