|a يناقش هذا البحث أحكام عملية تنظيف الرحم، حيث بينت فيه التكييف الفقهي لهذه العملية، والحالات التي تستدعيها، وحكم كل حالة منها، وجمعت واستنطبت في المبحث الثاني المسائل الفقهية التي تتعلق بعملية تنظيف الرحم، مع دراستها دراسة فقهية مقارنة، وبيان الأقوال والأدلة والترجيح، وشملت ما يلي: طهارة ونجاسة ما تلقيه المرأة في تنظيف الرحم، وأثر ذلك على الطهارة في نقض الوضوء، ووجوب الغسل، وفساد الصوم، وحكم شهادة القابلة، والطلاق، والعدة، وحكم جناية السببية والخطأ في تنظيف الرحم، وحكم نفقتها في الإلحاق بنفقة الحمل أو العلاج.
|b The current research discusses the rulings of uterine curettage surgery. The jurisprudential adaptation of this surgery, indications, and rulings in each case have explained. In the second chapter of this research, jurisprudential questions related to this study are collected, and comparatively studied, different opinions and evidence are explored. It examines the purity and impurity of what comes out of women during uterine curettage and its influences on the ablution validation, mandatory bathing, fasting invalidation, the ruling in midwife witness, divorce, after the divorce waiting period, the ruling in the crime that results in causation or curettage surgery malpractice, and the legal alimony is considered as a pregnancy alimony or treatment alimony?
