|b This article looks at the process of professional integration that characterizes university graduates in Kabylia, through the methods/logics they use to achieve it, given the sociological contexts in which they are deployed. Family solidarity is an important element for young people experiencing unemployment. Work is the main value for the majority. In order to follow through on their integration, these young people use methods based on personal ties. All the young people concerned expressed their intention to go abroad. A place they consider favorable for realizing their projects and living in dignity.
|d Cet article aborde le processus d’insertion professionnelle caractérisant les diplômés universitaires en Kabylie, à travers les méthodes/logiques qu’ils mettent en oeuvre afin d’y parvenir, compte tenu des contextes sociologiques de leur déploiement. La solidarité familiale représente un élément important pour les jeunes traversant une expérience de chômage. Le travail représente la valeur principale pour la majorité. Afin de donner suite à leur insertion, ces jeunes utilisent notamment des méthodes basées sur des liens personnels. L’ensemble des jeunes concernés ont exprimé leur intention de partir à l’étranger. Un espace qu’ils jugent comme favorable à la réalisation de leurs projets et vivre dans la dignité.
