|a أن ورقتنا البحثية محررة بصورة قانونية مبسطة تتيح للقانونيين وغير القانونيين معرفة ما لهم من حقوق وما يفرض عليهم من التزامات بشأن أمر التنمر، وذلك بالتعرض أولا لماهية التنمر، ثم تأصيل أمر تحريم التنمر في الإسلام، إلى جانب بيان أنواعه التي تشمل التنمر المدرسي، الأسري، في العمل، الإلكتروني، في مجال السياسة والإعلام، الجسدي، وأخيرا التنمر اللفظي، بالإضافة إلى استبيان أسباب التنمر، وأثاره في الضحايا وفي المتنمرين أنفسهم، كما وجب استيضاح القوانين المطبقة على التنمر في القانون المصري والقوانين المقارنة والتطبيقات من السوابق القضائية في هذا الأمر، وأخيرا النتائج والتوصيات لعلاج ظاهرة التنمر من خلال تعزيز الثقة بالنفس، الوعي الأسري، الوعي الديني، المراجعة الطبية عند اللزوم والإجراءات القانونية.
|b This thesis explores the key issues surrounding the transmission of This research was written in a simple form which allows legal and non-legal persons to know their rights and obligations concerning bullying. It was by explaining the meaning of bullying and its prohibition in Islam, then elucidating its different forms as school bullying, family bullying, cyber bullying, physical and verbal bullying. In addition to that, it was important to represent the causes and effects on bullying victims and the bullies themselves. It was also efficacy to state the applicable laws in Egypt, the Comparative Law and the Jurisprudence. Finally, we represented some recommendations to combat bullying in terms of enhancing self-confidence, family and religious awareness, and resort to medical treatment if needed as to the legal procedures to be taken in this concern.
