Since the advent of ISO 9000 family in the mid 2000's, it has often been argued that ISO 9001 certification leads to improved business performance. The performance of companies can be measured through several more or less quantifiable indicators. Financial, economic and productive indicators are highlighted in the economic literature to study the impact of the quality approach on the performance of companies. This article seeks to determine whether the ISO 9000 actually impacts the performance of Moroccan companies. In this article, the relationship between certification on the ISO 9000 series and the performance of companies is studied through several performance indicators: productivity, financial results, customer satisfaction, employee involvement, etc. Depuis l'avènement de la famille des normes ISO 9000 au milieu des années 2000, il a été souvent avancé que la certification ISO entraîne une amélioration des performances des entreprises. Les performances des entreprises peuvent être mesurées à travers plusieurs indicateurs plus ou moins quantifiables. Les indicateurs financiers, économiques et productifs sont mis en avant par la littérature économique pour étudier l'impact de la démarche qualité sur les performances des entreprises. Cet article cherche à déterminer si la démarche de certification de la qualité impacte effectivement les performances des entreprises marocaines. Dans cet article, la relation est étudiée entre la certification sur la série ISO 9000 et la performance des entreprises à travers plusieurs indicateurs de rendement: Productivité, résultats financiers, satisfaction des clients, implication du personnel, etc. |
