|a جاء البحث بعنوان دور الأحزاب السياسية التشادية في التحول الديمقراطي، وتناولت الورقة محورين وكل محور بداخله مطالب. فالمحور الأول تناول فيه الباحث مفهوم الأحزاب السياسية التشادية النشأة والتطور، ووضح فيه مفهوم الحزب السياسي، ونشأة وتأسيس الأحزاب السياسية في تشاد. أما المحور الثاني جاء بعنوان دور بعض الأحزاب في التحول الديمقراطي، حيث ركز فيه الباحث على الحركة الوطنية للإنقاذ في تنمية المجتمع التشادي، وكذلك الاتحاد الوطني من أجل الديمقراطية والتجديد، النتائج والتوصيات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي والمنهج التحليلي الذي يقوم على جمع المادة وتحليلها من مصادرها ومراجعتها وترتيبها وصولا إلى استنتاجات علمية واضحة تفيد جوانب البحث العلمي الأصيل، ومن أهم النتائج إن الأحزاب السياسية التشادية لها دور في التحول الديمقراطي وخاصة الانتخابات الرئاسية والبرلمانية، وإن أغلب الأحزاب السياسية يختصر دورها في المجال السياسي فقط.
|b The research was entitled The Role of Chadian Political Parties in Democratic Transformation, and the paper dealt with two axes, each axis containing demands. In the first axis, the researcher discussed the concept of Chadian political parties, their emergence and development, and explained the concept of the political party, and the emergence and establishment of political parties in Chad. The second axis was entitled, the role of some parties in the democratic transformation, in which the researcher focused on the National Salvation Movement in the development of Chadian society, as well as the National Union for Democracy and Renewal, results and recommendations. The study followed the descriptive and historical approach and the analytical approach based on collecting and analyzing the material from its sources, reviewing and arranging it, and among the most important results is that Chadian political parties have a role in the democratic transformation, especially Presidential and parliamentary elections, and most political parties limit their role to the political sphere only.
