| 520 | |a الترجمة المؤسساتية واحدة من بين المجالات الترجمية المتخصصة البارزة والتي بدأت تستقطب حديثا اهتماما واسعا وعناية منقطعة النظير في أوروبا وغيرها من دول العالم من أجل حسن سير المؤسسات الوطنية من وزرات وبرلمانات وغيرها، إلى جانب المؤسسات الدولية كمنظمة الأمم المتحدة وصندوق النقد الدولي ومنظمة التجارة العالمية.. يدرك الجميع بما فيهم المختصين دور الترجمة المكتوبة والشفوية في دوائر المنظمات الدولية على وجه الخصوص لأنها من الآليات الحيوية والأدوات الضرورية لتفعيل أنشطة هذا النوع من المؤسسات المتعددة اللغات من أجل التواصل والتفاهم بين أعضائها وفق معايير مضبوطة وتعاليم ثابتة، وبالتالي تحقيق الأهداف المحددة في نطاق مهامها المؤسساتية وبرامج أعمالها والتي تتضح نتائج نشاطاتها من خلال النصوص الرسمية المنقولة بلغات عدة من طرف مترجمين محترفين متمكنين من عملهم. وعليه سنهتم في هذه الورقة ببحث خصوصيات الترجمة المؤسساتية وأصول عملها ولاسيما في منظمة الأمم المتحدة التي تتم فيها ترجمة العديد من النصوص المتصلة بمهامها الدولية وبرامجها المتعددة الأنشطة. |b Institutional translation is one of the areas of specialized translation that is receiving more attention and importance than ever in Europe and around the world for the smooth running of national (ministries, parliaments, etc.) or international institutions (UN, IMF, WTO, etc.). No-one can ignore the contribution of written and oral translation within international organizations, as it’s essential to the activities of multilingual international institutions so that its members can communicate within the standards and thus achieve the objectives set following the development of their tasks and programs through texts translated by professionals. In this study, we will try to focus on the specific features of institutional translation and its working standards, particularly at the United Nations, where many texts related to its international functions and action programmes are translated. |d La traduction institutionnelle est l’un des domaines de la traduction spécialisée auquel l’on prête, plus que jamais, attention et importance en Europe et partout ailleurs pour le bon fonctionnement des institutions nationales (Ministères, Parlements…) ou internationales (ONU, FMI, OMC…). Nul ne peut ignorer l’apport de la traduction écrite et orale au niveau des organisations internationales car elle constitue un élément indispensable dans les activités des institutions internationales multilingues afin que ses membres puissent communiquer dans les normes et atteindre ainsi les objectifs fixés suite au déroulement de leurs tâches et programmes à travers les textes traduits par des professionnels connaissant leur métier. Nous essaierons dans la présente étude de s’intéresser aux spécificités de la traduction institutionnelle et à ses normes de travail, notamment aux Nations Unies, où sont traduits de nombreux textes liés à ses fonctions internationales et à ses programmes d’action. | ||
