|a ستهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وسيتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المخططين والمعنيين بالتخطيط التربوي في سلطنة عمان، بالإضافة إلى القياديين التربويين، وستشتمل الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، وستستخدم الباحثة المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة، وسيتم الاستعانة بالاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، ومن المتوقع الوصول إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: وجود دور هام للتخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في مكاتب التعليم، وسوف تشتمل الدراسة على عدد من التوصيات أهمها: تعزيز المؤسسات التربوية التي تلتزم بتطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي للتنمية المستدامة بما يحفز الجميع في المجتمع العماني على السير على خطاها.
|b The study aims to identify the role of strategic planning in achieving sustainable development. The study population will consist of planners and those concerned with educational planning in the Sultanate of Oman, in addition to educational leaders. The study will include a randomly selected sample from the study population. The researcher will use the descriptive approach as the study methodology and the questionnaire will be employed as the tool. The study is expected to yield several results, with the most significant being the pivotal role of strategic planning in achieving sustainable development within educational offices. It will also offer several recommendations, primarily emphasizing the need to strengthen educational institutions committed to implementing strategic planning for sustainable development, thereby encouraging widespread adoption throughout Omani society.
