المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على التحديات التي تواجه المبادرات المجتمعية في منطقة الجوف وأثرها في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وفقاً لرؤية ۲۰۳۰، وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (٤٣٠) فرد تم اختيارهم بصورة قصدية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها : وجود تحديات كبيرة تواجه المبادرات المجتمعية في منطقة الجوف، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالشراكات مع الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، والوعي بأهداف التنمية المستدامة، تحفظ بعض أفراد المجتمع المحلي على بعض جوانب المشاريع والمبادرات، بالإضافة إلى مواجهة صعوبات في إقناع المجتمع المحلي بأهمية تلك المبادرات، تؤثر التحديات التي تواجه المبادرات المجتمعية في منطقة الجوف سلبًا على تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وفقًا لرؤية ۲۰۳۰ ، كما أكد أفراد عينة الدراسة على التأييد الضروري للآليات المقترحة للتغلب على التحديات، ولا سيما تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين الجهات الحكومية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على إنشاء لجنة تنسيق عليا تضم جميع الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة بالمبادرات المجتمعية، والقيام بعمليات تبسيط الإجراءات وتوحيد المعايير ، وتوفير الدعم الفني والمالي للمبادرات، والعمل على رفع الوعي بأهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال تنظيم حملات توعية واسعة النطاق تستهدف مختلف شرائح المجتمع، وإدراج مادة عن التنمية المستدامة في المناهج الدراسية، مع ضرورة إجراء تقييمات دورية للمبادرات المجتمعية لقياس أثرها وفعالية الآليات المقترحة، من ثم تعديل الاستراتيجيات بناءً على نتائج التقييم.

The research aimed to identify the challenges facing community initiatives in the Jouf region and their impact on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in line with Vision 2030. The researcher adopted a descriptive methodology, and the study sample consisted of 430 individuals who were selected purposefully. The study revealed several key findings: the existence of significant challenges facing community initiatives in the Jouf region, particularly regarding partnerships with government agencies and the private sector, and awareness of the SDGs. Some members of the local community expressed reservations about certain aspects of projects and initiatives, and there were difficulties in convincing the local community of the importance of these initiatives. The challenges facing community initiatives in the Jouf region negatively impact the achievement of the SDGs in line with Vision 2030. The study sample emphasized the necessary support for the proposed mechanisms to overcome these challenges, especially enhancing cooperation and coordination among government agencies. The study recommended the establishment of a higher coordination committee comprising all government agencies involved in community initiatives, simplifying procedures and standardizing criteria, providing technical and financial support for initiatives, raising awareness of the SDGs through large-scale awareness campaigns targeting various segments of society, and including a module on sustainable development in the educational curricula. The study also recommended conducting periodic evaluations of community initiatives to measure their impact and the effectiveness of the proposed mechanisms, and then modifying strategies based on the evaluation results.
