|a هدفت البحث الحالي إلى معرفة دور السياسات التعليمية في تفعيل بعض استراتيجيات الشراكة بين الأسرة والمدرسة كما يراها قيادات المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظتي أبها وخميس مشيط، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات تضمنت محورين رئيسيين هما: المحور الأول ويتكون من أربعة مجالات كالتالي (تفعيل نمط الوالدين، سياسة التواصل التفاعلي، سياسة التطوع، اتخاذ القرارات)، أما المحور الثاني فتكون من عبارات قياس أهمية مشاركة الأسرة في العملية التعليمية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٧١) فردا من قيادات المدارس الابتدائية في أبها وخميس مشيط. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن دور السياسات التعليمية في تفعيل بعض استراتيجيات الشراكة بين الأسرة والمدرسة في المدارس الابتدائية جاء بدرجة مرتفعة جدا في جميع مجالات الشراكة بمتوسط حسابي (٤.٥١). كما بينت أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور السياسات التعليمية في تفعيل بعض استراتيجيات الشراكة بين الأسرة والمدرسة تعزى إلى اختلاف الخبرة الإدارية. وأكدت أن قيادات المدارس الابتدائية يولون أهمية عالية لدور الأسر في التعليم. وأوصت الدراسة بالمحافظة على هذا المستوى والفعالية في تفعيل بعض استراتيجيات الشراكة بين الأسرة والمدرسة وتطوير ودعم القنوات التي تقوي الروابط بين المدارس والأسر، مثل الجلسات التفاعلية، المنصات الإلكترونية. تنظيم ورش عمل تدريبية وتثقيفية للإداريين وأعضاء التدريس في مختلف المدارس الابتدائية حول كيفية تحقيق شراكة ناجحة مع الأسر، وأهمية هذا التعاون في الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية.
|b The current research aimed to identify the role of educational policies in enhancing the partnership between family and school as perceived by primary school leaders in the governorates of Abha and Khamis Mushait. The descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data, which included two main axes: the first axis consists of four fields (parent engagement, interactive communication policy, volunteering policy, decision-making), while the second axis includes statements measuring the importance of family involvement in the educational process. The study sample consisted of 171 primary school leaders from Abha and Khamis Mushait. The study results revealed that the role of educational policies in enhancing the partnership between family and school in primary schools was rated very high in all partnership fields, with an average of 4.51. It also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the role of educational policies in enhancing the partnership between family and school attributed to differences in administrative experience. The study emphasized that primary school leaders highly value the role of families in education. The study recommended maintaining this level of effectiveness in enhancing the partnership between family and school and developing and supporting channels that strengthen ties between schools and families, such as interactive sessions and electronic platforms. It also suggested organizing training and educational workshops for administrators and teaching staff in various primary schools on how to achieve a successful partnership with families and the importance of this cooperation in improving the educational process.
