|a تحاول هذه الدراسة تحليل واقع المكانة الاقتصادية التي تحتلها المرأة داخل النسيج الاقتصادي المغربي، على ضوء المجهودات التي تبذلها الجهات الرسمية من أجل النهوض بوضعية المرأة المغربية، وتمكينها اقتصاديا في أفق تحقيق استقلاليتها ومساواتها بالرجل. لقد أسعفنا المنهج المقارن الذي اعتمدناه في هذا البحث في التوصل إلى مجموعة من المقارنات الإحصائية بين وضعيتي النساء والرجال بسوق الشغل، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن المرأة المغربية، لازالت تعاني من الهشاشة الاقتصادية، ومن حدة التفاوتات بينها وبين الرجل على مستوى الوصول لمواقع صنع واتخاذ القرار، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا استمرار هيمنة مجموعة من العوائق المرتبطة بالموروث الثقافي، وبالمحددات الاجتماعية التي ترسم الأدوار الذكورية والأنثوية.
|b This study seeks to analyze the current economic status of women within the Moroccan economic fabric, in light of the efforts made by official entities to improve the situation of Moroccan women and economically empower them towards achieving independence and equality with men. We utilized a comparative methodology in this research to arrive at a set of statistical comparisons between the status of women and men in the labor market. The results indicate that Moroccan women still suffer from economic fragility and sharp disparities between them and men in terms of access to decision-making positions. The results also highlight the persistence of a set of obstacles associated with cultural heritage and social determinants that delineate gender roles.
