يهدف البحث لاستخدام أداة إلكترونية مبتكرة لتطوير المهارات التحكيمية لدى الحكام وإخراج المباريات بأفضل صورة تحكيمية وبدون ادني مجال للشك أو الجدال في قرارات الحكم. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من حكام الكرة الطائرة المقيدين لدى الاتحاد المصري للكرة الطائرة من منطقة الجيزة للكرة الطائرة ومنطقة القاهرة للكرة الطائرة، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (۳۰) حكم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأداة الإلكترونية المبتكرة تسطيع أن تكون تساعد الحكام في متابعة حالات خطأ لمس العصا الهوائية في تحكيم مباريات الكرة الطائرة. تعد هذه الدراسة إضافة علمية والتي تسهم بتطوير المهارات التحكيمية لدى الحكام وإخراج المباريات بأفضل صورة تحكيمية وبدون ادنى مجال للشك أو الجدال في قرارات الحكم وتوفير الوقت للاستمتاع بالمباراة للمشاهدين والحفاظ على هدوء اللاعبين لاطمئنانهم على مجهودهم خلال الموسم التدريبي والتركيز بالمباراة وعدم معارضة قرارات الحكم والثقة التامة في كفاءة الحكام وعدم الضغط عليهم بأي صورة من صور الضغط سواء من اللجنة العليا للحكام أو المدربين أو اللاعبين أو الجماهير.
The research aims to employ an innovative electronic tool to develop the refereeing skills of officials and to ensure that matches are conducted with the highest level of officiating, leaving no room for doubt or dispute regarding the referee's decisions. The researcher utilised a descriptive methodology, suitable to the nature of the study. A purposive sample was selected from volleyball referees registered with the Egyptian Volleyball Federation in the Giza and Cairo regions, with a total sample size of 30 referees. The study concluded that the innovative electronic tool could assist referees in monitoring instances of errors related to the use of the antennae in volleyball officiating. This study represents a scientific contribution aimed at enhancing the refereeing skills of officials to deliver matches in the best possible officiating manner, leaving no room for doubt or debate regarding the referee's decisions. It also seeks to save time for viewers to enjoy the match while maintaining players' composure, ensuring they are confident in their efforts throughout the training season. The focus remains on the game, encouraging players to accept the referee's decisions fully and trusting in the capabilities of the referees, without any pressure exerted on them from the higher refereeing committee, coaches, players, or fans.
